System capabilities
REGISTRATION EMAIL (FOR TRIAL)
- Trial users can only sign up with the same email address once every 24 hours.
- If users attempt to sign up with the same email address within 24 hours, they will receive the following message: “You have already signed up with this email address in the last 24 hours.”
- The account activation token for specific email address is valid for up to 24 hours.
TRIAL ACCOUNTS
- Trial accounts may view the first 100 received documents. Additional received documents will be listed in the inbox, but will not be viewable.
- Trial accounts can add up to 5 users.
- Trial accounts can add one service from each inbound service type.
- Trial accounts remain active for up to 30 days.
ACCOUNT SETTINGS
- Account managers may define up to 10 customized properties.
- Users can store received messages and view them for 12 months.
- To extend the storage period or to specify location, please visit our page.
FAX SERVICE
- Users may download fax images in the following formats: PDF, TIF, PNG.
- Maximum allowed time between page breaks: 600 seconds.
- Maximum size of fax download from site: 4 MB
DOCUMENT UPLOAD SERVICE

Users may download files received via document upload in the following formats: PDF or the original file format.
Allowed file formats:- TIF/TIFF
- JPG
- PNG
- BMP
- Maximum upload file size: 10MB.
- Maximum number of files: 5.
- A single IP address may send up to 2 sets of documents (i.e., five files per set) per minute.
- The Uploader iFrame supports the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer (10 and up) for Windows and Apple Safari.
- The Uploader iFrame supports the following device types: PC, tablets and smartphones
ONLINE CONTROL PANEL
- Session timeout (time of inactivity before user is logged out): 20 minutes.
- Secure session timeout is 15 minutes; the Document Viewer session timeout is 15 minutes also, but it has its own counter.
- Supported web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 9 and up for Windows.
